What happens next?
Upload one résumé
Drag it in or paste its text: your name, skills and years of experience fill in for you, and visa status, start date or salary too when your résumé states them, for you to check. Applications always go out in English.
Finish your profile
Whatever your résumé leaves out, the assistant asks, one question at a time: work status, address, the questions forms always ask. Then the roles and cities you want, the companies to stay away from, how recent a posting must be, and an employer-site password.
Full auto, or I'll review
On “Full auto”, jobs that clear your bar go straight out. On “I'll review”, nothing is sent until you say yes.
How applying works
Every application is filled in and submitted fully automatically, in our own browsers in the cloud: nothing to install and nothing running on your computer, so it goes on with this page closed.
Confirmations come to your inbox
Applications give employers a CoolMind address of your own, and everything they send to it — confirmations included — is forwarded to your inbox, yours to check. While submitting an application, CoolMind reads only the code or link that hiring site emails, and whether its "application received" email arrived — only that sender's mail from the last 15 minutes. Prefer your own Gmail? Connecting it is optional and read-only.
Companies you rule out stay out
List your current employer, or anywhere you'd rather not work, and new matches skip them.
Scored your way
Say what matters to you in a sentence or two. Every job is scored with it in mind, and only jobs that clear your bar go out automatically.
